Commitment to Access
Awesomess for All
I am deeply committed to fostering a world where every individual and organization has the opportunity to unlock their potential, find their unique path, build a vibrant community, and thrive. I’m committed to ensuring that financial barriers don't prevent passionate individuals from participating in this type of transformative work.
I strive to keep my program costs as reasonable as possible while reflecting the value, expertise, and personalized support I provide. Participation in my programs is an investment in your most valuable asset: a purposeful future.
I understand that, even with my commitment to affordability, the cost of my coaching, consulting, and workshops may still be out of reach for people and organizations. To honor my beliefs and to actively support diversity within my cohorts, I offer a number of discounted (and occasionally free) opportunities.
This is specifically designed to support individuals from groups who have historically faced systemic barriers or who dedicate their lives to serving others. I strongly encourage applications from:
Folx from Historically Marginalized Communities: Including, but not limited to, individuals from diverse racial, ethnic, LGBTQIA+, and socio-economic backgrounds.
Dedicated Educators: K-12 teachers, administrators, and college faculty who inspire and shape the next generation.
Military Veterans: Those who have served our country and are now navigating their next chapter.
Individuals with Disabilities: Who bring unique perspectives and resilience to our collective learning.
Non-Profits: Organizations that are working to support others and our world.
If you are passionate about participating in one of my programs but face financial constraints, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to help make this experience accessible to you.

practice makes progress
Bring your ideas to life
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business, create a different life, or build skills in order to climb a mountain (literal or metaphorical). Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.
Build your practice
It can be intimidating to start on a new path. Learn ways to connect with yourself, build new habits, and begin practicing living the life you want.
understand your organization
You must first understand where you are before you can know where you're going. I offer program audits, mission deep dives, and strategic planning coupled with targeted implementation to help support your organization’s goals.
